Little Johnny asked his grandma how old she was. Grandma answered, “39 and holding.” Johnny thought for a moment, and then said, “and how old would you be if you let go?” Author Unknown.
When I read the above reflection I laughed out loud and thought, how old would I be if I let go? For me it depends upon the time of day, the year, the moment and circumstances and who is around or not around. Complicated, yes, but it speaks of my flexibility and me when it comes to my aging.
